🏠 Salient Features of Wazir-e-Azam Apna Ghar Program

Complete details of eligibility, tenure and financing options

(1) Eligibility
First-time homebuyers across Pakistan holding a valid CNIC and not owning any housing unit are eligible to apply.
(2) Loan Tenure
Up to 20 years flexible repayment period.
(3) Financing Limit
Up to Rs. 10 million. 5% fixed markup for first 10 years, remaining 10 years at market rate.
(4) Scope of Financing
Purchase or construction up to 10 Marla house or 1,500 sq ft apartment.
(5) LTV Ratio
90% bank financing with only 10% borrower contribution.
(6) Participating Institutions
All commercial & Islamic banks, microfinance banks, and HBFCL.
(7) Processing Charges
No processing fee and no prepayment penalty.
